January 2020 Issue

The start of 2020 means many of us are making those long-range plans for the heart of the flying season, and for many of us that means a plan to attend this year's CPS Gathering in Cody WY.  Cody is a gateway to Yellowstone Park and all the beauty that deservedly brings to mind.

James (Jim) Atnip has stepped up mightily and has a plan that should make for the kind of Memories of a Lifetime that have become so much a part of our annual gathering.   Dates are Wednesday August 5th with Departure on Sunday August 9th.  With the beauty of Yellowstone, it is assured many will want to arrive early and perhaps stay on to enjoy the area after the Gathering.  Much more below!

With the firm dates for the gathering now in place, room reservations will be made, and we will soon be on our way to yet another memorable gathering.

A sharp salute and a word of genuine thanks to all those that have hosted these events in the past, those that have assisted those hard working individuals, and to all that take the time to attend.

Without exception these events have always been a touchstone for the cameraderie that binds this group together.   We're going to have a great time, in a beautiful place, and in the best of company.
